At The Needlepoint Nest, every order is packed with care and a love for stitching.

Because many of the items we carry—such as hand-painted canvases and specialty fibers—are limited, curated pieces, all sales are final.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we are unable to offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we want to make it right. Please contact us within five days of delivery at theneedlepointnest@gmail.com and include your order number along with a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and work toward a resolution.
