At The Needlepoint Nest, we carefully pack each order so your stitching treasures arrive safely and ready to enjoy.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4-5 business days after purchase. During busy times or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the most efficient option for your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been submitted. Orders shipped to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping fees if they need to be resent.
